Have you ever stayed in a yurt on your travels? Traditional yurts are round, portable structures that are covered with skins or cloth. They have been used nomadic peoples in central Asia for hundreds of years. Modern yurts maintain the traditional round shape, but they vary wildly from rustic to modern.
